Associate Dean of Life Calling & Career
Dr. Levi Huffman is the Associate Dean of Life Calling & Career. He provides leadership to all Life Calling & Career initiatives for IWU-Marion. He is an ICF-certified coach and Spiritual Director who enjoys working with individuals and teams to inspire team building, conflict resolution, and long-term excellence. For fun, Levi is an ultra runner and backpacker who enjoys hiking and canoeing through Indiana, Appalachia, and the Wild West.
Director of Career Development
Magdalene Mastin is the Director of Career Development at Indiana Wesleyan University. As a an ICF credentialed life coach, trained spiritual director, and movement instructor, she is passionate about helping students identify and achieve their personal and professional goals while embodying meaning and vibrant purpose in their work and play. With a background in arts administration and spiritual formation, she brings a unique perspective to career development, guiding individuals towards impactful and fulfilling careers, cultivating meaningful connections and fostering an environment where career services are more than just a one-stop tool for job acquisition—rather a transformative, non-linear, lifelong experience. She holds a BA from Hope College in English and Art Ministry, an MA from Indiana Wesleyan University in Organizational Psychology, and is currently doing doctoral work on Relational Neuroscience and Spiritual Formation.
Director of Life Calling
Joe leads the Exploratory and Life Coaching programs at IWU. He loves to work with students who want to see results. He is a practical, active coach who deepens the learning process quickly and moves students toward meaningful change in every area of life. Joe loves helping students discover their unique purpose and create systems for personal and academic success. As a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths, he integrates strengths-based coaching into classroom and one-on-one conversations.
Career Coach
Lauran delights in serving the IWU student community through personalized career coaching. She thrives on equipping students with practical tools for career readiness—whether it’s job searching, interview prep, resume building, or making the most of online networking. A proud Wildcat herself, Lauran earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a NACE-certified Career Coach. Passionate about student growth, her vision is to empower students to become confident, self-sufficient, and ready to launch their careers beyond college.
Life and Career Coach
Michaela Moore is an instructor and life coach at IWU. She is also currently the pastor of spiritual formation at Mt Zion Free Methodist Church in Kokomo, IN. She studied English, social studies, and education at Spring Arbor University and completed her master’s in ministry and spiritual formation at Wesley Seminary. She is currently a doctoral student at Western Seminary studying spiritual formation and relational neuroscience.
Michaela loves long runs, good conversations, coffee, beautiful books, and stand-up comedy. She currently lives in Kokomo with her husband (Jackson) and three rascally kids (Olivia, Benson, John Taylor).
